POP CLASS SCHEDULE for Winter 2011
~ All classes are ~17~ , 10 Class Card ~150~
Classes are on a drop in basis, however, we recommend having an intro prior to a group class.
Tuesday/Thursday
12:30-1:30 pm ~ POP! out for lunch, Pilates Mat ~ Jen B
Our classes are designed for the student at any level from beginner to advanced. They may include the use of some auxiliary items such as the roller, therabands , and the use of the ball. The class setting still allows a great amount of personal instruction and attention due to the small number of students per class. No more than 8 students are in a class. We offer a 10 class card for $150 which can be used for any class.
