"Pilates On Page" is a fully equipped Pilates studio conveniently located in the Hayes Valley / Civic Center area of San Francisco. Each certified instructor at POP carries with her a lifetime of varied dance experience, bringing to your Pilates session her extensive knowledge of the body and the mechanics of movement. Our teachers have a multitude of specialized Pilates education such as osteoporosis management, pre and post natal education, scoliosis and spinal health, dance injury prevention, and other physical therapy experience, providing our clients with more than just a "workout."
